The National Music Publishers Association’s David Isrealite will discuss settlement negotiations between the NMPA and record labels involving hundreds of millions of dollars owed to music publishers that currently reside in record labels’ “pending and unmatched” accounts at an event presented by the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) in Los Angeles on October 1.

The event will be held from 6:30pm-8:30pm at The Olympic Connection, 11301 Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA.

Leading the discussion will be NMPA President and CEO, David Israelite and lawyer Kenneth Feinberg who has been retained by the NMPA to serve as a Special Master of any settlement distributions.

The presentation will start promptly at 7:00pm, and reservation cutoff is September 30, 2009.
