Joel Beckerman’s Man Made Music has announced the launch of The Ledge, a new boutique music catalogue for prime time television. The catalogue will be an invitation only opportunity for those seeking unique material to help tell compelling stories on television.

Comprised of composers with extensive experience in the music for television world, the private Ledge catalog will be created and maintained by a select team of composers, music supervisors, and brand strategists to ensure its authenticity and ultimate success. The sounds of The Ledge will be unique custom mix of rock, hip-hop and electronica.

“Though the big music libraries certainly have their place and need, we felt the time had come to offer our VIP clients an extension of the high quality music created here at Man Made Music, essentially a kind of “velvet rope” experience and access to our music library. It was with this in mind, that we created The Ledge,” explains Chris Langrill who will be overseeing The Ledge for Man Made Music.

The Ledge, introduced at this year’s CMJ Festival in New York City and at the annual Billboard Film and Television Conference in Los Angeles on October 29th will be aggressively scouting for additional creative composers to join the portfolio with the goal of doubling the size of the current catalogue of 1000 full-length tracks by year’s end.
