Varèse Sarabande announced today that they will release James Horner’s score for the Steven Zaillian picture All the King’s Men on September 26. The score was recorded with a 95-piece orchestra in June at the Todd-AO Scoring Stage, and the theme was described by Soundtrack.net as a ”sweeping” and ”memorable”, evoking ”New Orleans with a touch of noir and a hint of jazziness”. Varèse Sarabande will also release Steve Jablonsky’s score for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning on October 3.
