Soundtrack fandom was once a disparate group of movie music admirers before Lukas Kendall’s Film Score Monthly magazine truly united them through print, then web- and finally in the flesh. It was this landmark event that inspired superfan Peter Hackman to continue the tradition in style with FANS OF FILM MUSIC. First meeting at the genre store Dark Delicacies in Burbank, the event brought together fan favorite composers and soundtrack label heads to discuss the art, business and passionate appreciation of the art of movie music.

Film Music Magazine,

I was fortunate to attend the Sunday event. It was such a great gathering of some wonderful composers. I always look forward to the composer signings. It is great that the composers come out to meet the people that love their music. Can’t wait for the next group.
